Written Analysis about conquering the Gaza strip:

In Israel there are couple of opinions about conquering the Gaza strip. Theres the side who thinks that the Gaza strip should be occupied by the Israeli government, there is the side who thinks that the Gaza strip should absolutely not be occupied by the Israeli government and there is the side who want Gaza to be supervised by the Israeli government and that someone else should occupy the Gaza strip.

The people who wants the Gaza strip to be occupied by the Israeli government have couple of arguments. Firstly, they say that without physical control over the Gaza strip no one can control the terror organizations in the Gaza strip. Secondly, they say that full control over the Gaza strip can make the citizens of the Gaza strip be afraid to attack Israel again.

The side that argue against conquering the Gaza strip has their arguments too. They claim that conquering the Gaza strip can make lots of Israeli soldiers be lost in battle which means that it doesn’t worth it. They also claim that if the Gaza strip will be occupied by the Israeli government it will cost Israel's citizens pay more taxes and it will cost them lot of money.

The side that argues for the Gaza strip to be controlled by someone else while being supervised by the Israeli government has their reasons too. They say that the problem is military so the solution should be military too.

One practical way to apply contact theory is to make a meeting between the leaders of both sides and give them an opportunity to solve the problem. To give them the same amount of time and the same level of authority on the subject. They will be able to make a plan of what to do.

Because of that they both will have the same amount of time and authority, it will reduce the affect of the social identity theory's process.
