The video starts when the fence is in one peace and standing and when the conflict escalated the two people broke the fence and started to punch each other (and not related people) with it.

The director used a written message in more than one language because conflict exists everywhere. In Israel, United Stated, United Kingdom and literally everywhere and people should be aware of the danger that lies in a bad conflict.
