Become a Conflict Resolution Team or Person Task:

Scenario 1:

The conflict is about weather or not going out of the shelter.

2.

The first group wants to go on a mission to "explore the surface and look for somewhere to rebuild their lives".

The second group wants to make sure they can live another 2 years in the shelter.

3.

The first group fears that in 2 years when they will run out of food they won't be able to survive.

The second group is afraid that if the mission fails it will be a waste of food and they won't be able to survive much longer.

I would say to the first group they can only take their food and not taking anything from the other group. If they want they can explore the sureface. I would do it because both sides will be happy.
