The doctor's leadership style is Commanding, Visionary and Pacesetting mixed together. When there is a crisis or something that need to be handled now he is very good at giving reasons why everyone should listen to him, he is visionary too because although he doesn’t give anyone else the right to decide he still convinces everyone to go with him and be on his side.
