Main ideas and things I don’t understand in pages 31-32:

Main points:

• What is globalization? – globalization is a term that refers to the world becoming one big country because lot of things are becoming available worldwide and countries are becoming similar.
• Globalization started mostly because of government policies that supports international trade and investments.
• This text is written about the impact of globalization and possible ways to meet the challenges it poses.
• Globalization is making more available jobs what means less poor people.
• There is much more investments out of the home country of their investor because of globalization.

Things I don’t understand:

• I didn’t understand anything about what proponents of globalization say.
