Why?

He is probably an expert of the subject and he can find a solution.

Stakeholder 3:

Philipp Zirzow.

Why?

He can represent all of the coal workers and not only one (they need him and Mathias Felsch because Philipp can represent all of the workers and Mathias represent only 2).

Stakeholder 4:

The president of the country.

Why?

Because he can transfer money from a problem that is not urgent to this problem what can surely help everyone find a solution and fulfilling the solution found.
