Stakeholder 1: Amit Zaks (the creator of the software).

Why? Because he can explain what the software does and what it doesn’t do.

Stakeholder 2: the head of the students union.

Why? He can explain what the students are willing to have on their computers and what they are not willing to have on their computers.

Stakeholder 3: a representative of the Israeli council for higher education.

Why? The Israeli council for higher education can make rules on this subjects that all Israeli higher education institutes have to listen to.

Stakeholder 4: a representative of the people who are giving lectures in the universities.

Why? He can say what the people who are giving lectures in the universities need to have while a digital exam is happening.

Define: The problem is that Israeli universities are considering using an AI software to monitor their students in digital exams. The students don’t want to download a software they don’t know because they think it might steel their data.

Explain: The problem was caused by covid-19 because the universities started teaching lessons digital and not physically. What caused the universities to need to do digital tests too.

Predict: If the problem won't be solved students might cheat on their digital exams.

Prescribe: the universities need to ask Tomax company to give them the full code of the software and the universities need to pay someone to check the code of the software and tell them if its steeling any data from the students.
